I've been working on this for years, only missing the suspenders and shelter half, all is original pieced together from where ever i could find it, 3 or 4 different names, the helmet is a first pattern but later used in Korea, stenceled to the 27th marines i guess, might be letting it go soon to fund another project, we'll see.

    Lovely lot there
I'm jealous of the M1 belt, does it have USMC on the rear? you should be able to find the straps pretty easily and cheaply.
The helmet cover is Army HBT material, compare the HBT weave to your shirt there, it should be like that.

Nice I do not have one in my lot and I still jealous of yours!
I once had a chance for a pair at a local gun show and I only had $50 at the time and had to dice it., but I went for M1021a goggles instead!!!
    One of my deep regrets

Very nice set up. This is all I have managed to aquire so far!!! Original Boondockers and trousers are the hardest bits to get and they cost a fortune.
