    British 1940 pattern Greatcoat issued post war to the Belgian Army. I cannot quite make out the manufacture date?

    patch looks similar to the symbol of the Belgian secret army

    Manufacture date was 1949, picture was blury!!

    I think thise badge was adopted by the Belgian forces in W. Germany after the war.

    Hello,

    I am sorry to dig out this topic, I just register to answer the question initialy posed :

    It seems indeed to be the patch of belgian occupation forces in germany.

    I ran across this patch some times and you will find it in a google search with the acronym of "Force Belges en Allemagne", FBA in french ("Belgian forces in Germany"), and "Belgische Strijdkrachten in Duitsland", BSD in dutch.
