Can anybody identify these colonial troops based on their uniforms?

Hi Guys,

I came across this neat picture of British colonial troops wearing pattern 1908 webbing (note the retaining straps on the LH carrier are crossed), but the picture had no description. Does anybody recognize these soldiers based on their uniforms?
