Too bad I found this thread far too late . To whomever bought it and still wonders - it's an officers tunic for Dutch COASTAL ARTILLERY ( Kustartillerie ) .

A very rare unit to find - someone got a good deal here .

P.N. Hoorweg , born 1908 , made First Lieutenant ( reserve ) in January 1939 , the collar will need 2 stars on each side to complete .
