Help i.d. This shirt/blouse...

Hello everyone!,
I was hopeing to get a positive i.d. on this shirt,SPECIALIST RANK,1ST.ARNY But what era? SPECIALIST patch came in effect late 40's(46-9) and MOST likely from KOREAN era,MAYBE veit nam,maybe...Being have been in the military & love ww2,1,etc. type of collectibles and this shirt has me baffled,looks ww2,but specialist patch doe's not match,Inside collar is M 1914,Now i have seen ww2 shirts w/same type of marking(slightly diff.)And inside collar read M1942,3,ETC. And nam shirts have totaly diff.collar tags & stampings...This is where the confusion lays for ME !
I hope pictures will help if not ask for more,better,etc.ANY HELP WILL BE GREATFULLY APPRECIATED,Thank's!!! And happy hunting all!

P.S. The 1st. army patch looks ww2,Nice embrordery,possible backing,etc.

Yes a specialist patch,I'd like to know the era of the shirt...Was wondering if the M 1914 black stamp inside collar can date the shirt,specialist rank came in effect approx.1946-55. Thank you for your input,Your knowledge is admired...

1960's-Vietnam era, IMO. I believe this type of rank was
in use beginning in 1955..........

I agree with Steve. Almost certainly, early 60's Viet Nam era.

I think the M1914 ink stamp will be the soldiers surname initial and last 4 digits of his serial number.

Thank's Adrian! That makes sense,When i was in those sort of stampings were issue dates,i like most military had a stencil to print our name...Again thanks for tour input,Sincerely.

Yes you are correct...My confusion wae w/the dates,I thought it was started in 46...Anyway thank you!!!...AND the M 1914 STAMP had me confused.THANKS!!!
