    Sorry, not one I have seen before. Where was it found, UK, US, Europe etc???

    Hi, Your cap device is likely to be either US Army Transport Service or US Mercantile Marine Engineer. I would say that it is a composite badge in that the propellor device appears to have been added probably over a different device. Not a particularly rare badge but nice none the less.
