Help Identify PLEASE - Jacket

I was given a bunch of "old" (or maybe not so old) jackets / trousers & I have a few that I have researched like crazy, but I have come up completely empty-handed. I don't want to become a "hoarder", so I would like to either sell this or drop it off at a donation center. ANY help would be EXTREMELY appreciated.

Sorry I cannot help on the jacket either. I have never seen one like this before. All I can say is it is not US or British or Soviet.

I am tempted to say it is post war and from a European army. The jacket reminds me of HBT German fatigue jacket in general cut, but the large chest pockets has a distinct US influence.

Nothing stamped on the backs of the buttons or belt ramp supports?
