    An helmet for me I'm an italian collectors of Rome. I found in flea market in Italy this leather jerkins. You know this type. Inside mounted an liner( at era) like indian wool and label marked A.G.A but no date for using condiition . The leather is very good but sign of age. You know this label? And this type of leather jerkins ? Is ww2. India Made?

    there were Indian troops in Italy so it could well be.

    I don't think it's Indian. Indian jerkins are unlined and normally Indian made items have stamped acceptance codes rather than labels on them if they have any markings at all. This is my Indian made jerkin: https://hatchfive.wordpress.com/2015...eather-jerkin/ Your example looks British to me from the label, but I've never seen a liner like that before.
