Mitchell Camo jacket?

Hi guys, I found this at a resale shop that has had re-enactor items in the past, so I just wanted to see if the fabric looks real, or is it repro? I know that Mitchell camo was a tent material, but this seems to be more like rough cotton. It'd be impossible to tell if this was piece made yesterday or during the Vietnam/Korean era, but I'm curious about the fabric itself. If nothing else, it's a really neat pattern and very psychedelic for the USMC! What do you think?

I'd be careful of this. This is 1950s hunting camo I've seen this before very cool looking, there are vietnam made ones but the stitching on this one makes me believe that it is machine made non military

Oh, I did buy it, it's hanging up in my closet as we speak! (The pics are from my hallway, haha.) Hmm the hunting jacket idea is interesting, I'd wondered about how loose the jacket is and the size of the pockets. There's no pocket on the back though, so not a duck hunting jacket! Does the fabric look ok?

The pattern looks like the 'Nam leaf pattern. I have a couple of shelter halves in that pattern packed away somewhere. I have no idea when it was made but the pockets look like the pockets I've seen on hunting jackets.
