I'm sure its a made up piece I'm afraid. It is possible that the flight serjeant stripes and crown, and 'Australia' titles belong to the jacket.
As for the other insignia:
AG brevet: The stitching is much too poorly done to be original to the jacket, though it might be an original badge
Maple leaf: This is a post-ww2 Royal Canadian Navy trade badge for a Radar Plotter - an original badge but added to the jacket
Two blue stripes: These are WWI service stripes, again probably an original badge added
The British Commonwealth Forces badge was the badge of the HQ British Commonwealth Occupation Force (Japan). This did have an Australian component (34th Australian Infantry Brigade), but I'm not sure if it was ever appropriate on RAAF uniform.

sadly the guy who wore the uniform was LAC so even the stripes arent right
