Need help with Greatcoat

I have a 1939 pattern greatcoat with no labels or stamping visible. The only other markings are the size stamp, and 1st AMS 10.
Can anyone anyone recognise what this could be?
Also, I am looking to sell the coat! Does anyone know the current market price?

Sadly only a couple of original GS buttons are present. I think the coat has been around the block a few times.
