    Pre-W.W.1 or Span-Am I think. It has the holes in the hem. Rich A. in Pa.

    Hi Rich...Thanks for the response........Yes it has the 2 holes on each side of the hem.....any idea of value????? DAVE H

    The last three ive seen were WW1 era and I bid up to $75 dollars to get one. They went over $100
