Opinions on e-bay WW2 camo trousers.

They look to be army rather than marine issue, army issue having plastic buttons and waistband buttons for braces i gather. the marine issue had metal buttons (i think) and button waist adjusters.
A guy on the link above reckons there should be a label in the right hip/cargo pocket!...

I agree. I find that a genuine seller of original items will bend over backwards to help if he thinks a sale will result.

I agree too. He's selling other militaria so he knows what he's talking about and what is odd is that he's away from the item until after the sale. Hmm.
