post war divisional patch

Hi,
could anyone id this cloth divisional patch ?, I bought a 1952 made 1949 pattern bd and trousers today ,Lancs fusiliers cloth shoulder titles and medal ribbons for 39-45 star, Africa star, Germany and france star, defence and war medal , all looks ok, will post better pics in morning, bd dated 1952, trousers 1954, pic taken on phone so not too good,

just to add, the buttons on bd and trousers are the plastic ? 4 hole type, but the breast pocket are the football type ?,

here are some camera pics, the patch I think is Scottish command HQ, does this make the lancs fusiliers shoulder titles incorrect ?,football buttons on bd cuffs as well and QE2 major rank crowns.
