That is a rare bird. 12 years and never got in trouble.
I like the liberty cuffs.
Very nice, most of the dragons and other stitching looks like it is most likely Japanese Made
Now that's a cool piece !!!
Would like to have this in my collection, anytime.
Thank you for sharing.
That is fantastic!!!! I really like the diver's rate on his left sleeve.
That is some great history on that uniform.
That's very nice!.....
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.
I'm Spartacus, not really i'm Paul!...
Sorry it's been over a year, but thank you for the nice replies!
The USS Shenandoah came in just in time to miss the war, but went on to serve a long and honorable career. I particularly like the Liberty embellishments on this jumper. My own father's uniform also sports a pair of cuff dragons that are very similar. They were abit more "stiff" on the uniform regs back in those days, but sailors being sailors, many went ahead and did what they wanted to regardless and took the risks! A great example of a barely post-war Navy jumper from a fine ship.

Very nice jumper with liberty cuffs but I really like the divers patch. Nice find!
Does anyone know how much this would be worth?
