    I have a small child size jumper and it has a rating badge like this. Once again not navy, civilian use. I would say ww2 or later on the age. In ww1 and 1920's the rates they use were close to the ones the navy used, but the colors of the chevrons were different. I also have two that used regulation navy rates, but you know they were for civilian use because of the middy tag and the fact a cpo never wore a jumper. I should start another thread on this subject and show the different ones I have. A lot of people think these are navy but are for civilian use.

    Do you go to the renningers in Adamstown Pa.? Get some nice stuff there. I pick up a ww1 chief womens navy jacket there this summer.
