Its a good one, whether its worth 40 euros depends on its condition which is difficult to see from the photographs, but it probably is worth it. This is a British army greatcoat, rather than a US army one, though it is US made. It is marked WA which is War Aid for the British.
On a display mannequin with a helmet, belt, Y stripes etc etc you'll have a nice winter dressed soldier!!
On that note, here is my 1944 dated war aid great coat on display.
