US WWII Dress Green

I had recieved a Dress uniform from the family of one of my customers. He had passed away lately and Since I collect these kind of things they wanted me to have it. His name was Messer. and we had talked about the war quite a bit. He told me he was "one" of Omar Bradley's drivers. He was, from what his family told me. I didn't get any of his pictures. Here is one of his uniforms. I think it was his dress uniform. What do the rest of you think?

Yup, it looks like a ww2 class A jacket. The eagle in the diamond shaped patch they called a "ruptured duck" It was a disharge patch, so other military folks would know the wearer was no longer active in the service.
