My wife got me a set of ‘Jungle Greens’, slouch hat and other little bits and pieces for Christmas. As I was very good boy this year I got two battledress blouses.
The BD trousers and blouses are Indian made and dated 1945, the jungle boots are also 1945 dated and the slouch hat is undated.

There doesn’t appear to be many threads on British uniforms / equipment from the Far East and the items themselves appear to be quite rare. I’m hoping to add to him this year (I need a decent SMLE bayonet)
