Ww2 jacket...what does these numbers represent?

I'm trying to ID the person who owned this jacket and found this written inside. Does anyone know what it represents?

H is the surname initial and the numbers are the last 4 digits from his service number. this is the official way to mark uniforms and gear

Is their any other marking in the Jacket or shirt like a full SN or last name it is near impossible to find out the previous owner without one of those two. As always René is spot on about the markings.

Hey Pablo,
You mentioned in the other thread about this jacket that you got it in an auction. Maybe contact the person who auctioned it and see if there was a family name connected with the lot you purchased.
