Default WWII French or Belgian Overcoat?

    Hello
I need help identifiing this overocat. I beleive it is from WWII and that it is either French or Belgian. On the inside of the coat near the top PAUL BOYE BEDARIEUX is written, near the bottom ARMEE is written and on the back of the buttons PARIS, T.W&W are engraved on them. I will appreciate any help anyone can give.
    Thank-You

I would say French. The Belgian army buttons were made by Belgian manufactory's; Fonson or De Rooster mainly. And they bear a lion on the front.

How can you tell it is post-WW2 and what should a WW2 coat look like?

    Thanks
