Can't tell on medic decals

Article about: These... I can't tell. Obviously still very clear panels yet at the same time do have normal wear. Although I see what look to be tool marks. Nothing is specified so I can't decide. I'm lean

    This helmet has some problems, 1- the outside is very dirty and has paint loss but the inside is brand new and has post ww2 liner band added to it. I don't like this one

    it all looks artificially aged to me & as gel65 said the liner sweatband is not a WW2 version looks to be 60's onwards type !

    OD green sweatband definately caught my attention. There are more so scrapes than actual wear to the helmet as well.
