Fixed Bale Schlueter, Inland Liner

Hi guys!

Sorry for not posting very much over the past several weeks. I have been busy with finals, roaming the country, work, etc., and haven't had much spare time or internet access.

Throughout my travels I have picked up a multitude of militaria!

Here is a fixed bale Schlueter M1 helmet with a liner manufactured by Inland. A rare combo, for sure. This one is complete and appears to have been an Army combat veteran. It is marked to a D-7215, which is unfortunately all I will probably ever know about the guy who wore it.

What can I say Mo,top find indeed my man,nice green A washers mid war liner with late war leather chinstrap,Is the Buckle Brass or steel?the liner looks to have the earlier darker green paint which if so makes it quite unique as this paint was dropped by the end of 42,great stuff and do you really want it.........

Absolutely fantastic piece!

I have 3 "S" helmets but they are all swivel bale, and KW era.
