Identifying external markings on M1 helmet liner

Hey there fellas!

I've got this here M1 helmet liner, Westinghouse mold with micarta division stamp, that I've never managed to identify it's external markings and paint, would any of you guys know anything about them? It seems to have "DG" written at the very front, a white band going all around it and a blue paint base. Any help would be appreciated!
