As Mo has pointed out if you don't upload the photos by the forum uploader they will drop off and make this thread completely pointless in the future apart from all the good links that have been posted.

it could have been used during WWII - Korea - Vietnam judging by the numerous repaints, it's a reissued / recycled helmet thats seen lots of use
