M1 helmet and liner identification?

Article about: by jumpingjank great info there AJ so those chinstraps with the anchor are nam and korean era ? i always wondered what era they are from I believe so. They are most certainly Vietnam era, I

    This is why there is still so much to learn regarding M1 production!!!!this type of nylon combat liner was also produce in Thailand,Israel,Argentina and elsewhere sometimes its easier to say what its not rather than what it actually is,even i have been stumped on a few,regards Dave.

    im the same my first M1 well i have no clue what country it is its probably a 50's us but it has a heatstamp not many people have seen so clone or not i like it ,Dave do the words US on the stamp in the liner not mean its US made ? just wondering ? .cheers
