m1 helmet production date

i have posted this helmet before if you recognized it. i am looing for the date of manufacturing of my7 helmet since i dont have the helmets of the ETO book yet. the number is 90C. it is a mccord nd fixed bale. thanks.

That would place production in very early '42.

What buckles does it have?

ND is more of a German helmet designation, perhaps you mean FS.
