Cool M1 Korean reissued for Vietnam.

    Hi Guy's.

Here is my latest M1, the steel lid I think is KW due to the paint finish and colour and heatstamp prefix M,I guess it was reissued for VN as the liner and anchor marked chinstaps are from that era.Marked in liner '72, with the head band a later replacement ,dated '76.

It has some graffiti painted on which i'm not sure is period or not?
The graffiti looks very old and faded.
I have seen some "original " VN lid's with markings ,which were clearly put on with a permanent marker( last week )

Were Motorhead around in the early seventies??
(i'm more of a Led Zeppelin person myself)

Your opinions/comments are welcome as ever!

    Cheers

Aha...i was looking at that chrome M1 too, but the photo's were fairly poor,i was hoping to be able to make a front seam.....

Thanks for your comments, and you'll have to show ya chrome lid off .......( if it's front seam, for £20 i will kick myself )
