    none of the above, its a clone of a US liner.
    hopefully someone can tell from which country.

    Its a complete west German M56 "Zweiteilige" liner with shiny parade finish (also came in matt) and stitched type nape strap, the chinstrap looks original too!!! with the maker mark BPB (not seen this maker myself before!!!) and date stamp being 56 for 1956....

    Just found the maker for the liner it was made by Bebrit Presstoffwerke Bebra (BPB)
