M1 liner... paint insignia???

HI all !!
Some strange painted insignia on M1 liner. On each side has two white parallel lines, but I have to clean up. It took me a few hours to clean the front side of liner. Korea/Vietnam MP ??
Any idea will be welcome

Looks like a post Korean War liner.

It has 조교 on it which translate as assistant.
