The liner webbing looks like `60`s style or later.

Thanks Zwerge. I´ll post some better pics when I have it . It cost me only 50 euros so I´m happy with the shell being an ww2 original .

It could be a Schlueter made shell.

If you see a "S" stamped underneath the front rim then its a Schlueter shell, no is from McCord.

Also please post a close-up photo of the bale. Thank you.

    Taka

Finally got the helmet. No "S" underneath the front rim ant the bale is movable. The webbing still remains a mystery to me. Theres a stamp on it. I will try to get a good picture of it and more details of the lid in a couple of hours.

Yes as Jake and others have stated, %100 post war liner, Nam era.

It's not a bad example at all, appears to have original texture and paint. However, with no chinstraps, that large ding in the crown and a rough post war liner, I feel that 50 Euro (or $80 Aus) is a bit steep. This is simply my opinion. Was the liner advertised as a WWII example?

    Best regards,
    Chris
