Four variants of chinstrap buckle hardware.

2-Raised Brass Buckle.(most commonly found on Helmets within the ETO.1941-1943.

Regards James
Thanks Bud,I know its not the biggest collection out there, but space is a serious issue at my place, and with prices on the up,trying to afford one of these in totally original spec isn't easy at all, slow progress moving forward, take care..........
jake be very proud of what you have achieved ,you have certainly done your homework and spent your bucks wisely ,its evident in your fine collection ,anyway my missus tells me size isnt everything surprisingly i only have 3 genuine us m1's ,they sure do display well and grouped even better ,keep up the great work mate
Regards James
Great bunch of M-1's enough for a squad well done. timothy
Thanks James and Tim,I was within touching distance of those St Clair and Hood Liners a few weeks back then just like that they were thrusted out of sight,oh well can only keep on trying, still love the one's I do have and they all show many differant variations with the paint schemes and hardware, all Fixed Bales date between july 42-september 43,three have the dimple on the rim between the Bales, unfortunately three have no leather chinstraps, which is a real shame, but at a premium I'll have to live without them for the time being................
Impressive collection friend.
Thanks for showing! Fantastic set there. A pleasure to see
