Named US WW2 Schlueter Swievel bail

The RA prefix indicates 1950s era.
Looks like it could have been a parade helmet due to the chroming.

Can't read the number but agree it is probably '50's.
In the NARA database I only found 1 Valenzoela but was an E4 rank (Corporal) and was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal in 1969. So doubt it is him.
