Article about: I got it from estate sale with some other helmets. I think it is from US, maybe WWII? It is for some kind of special units?

    It looks to me like a Korean War-era helmet, I have one just like this. OIC.... mabye it stands for Officer In Charge, for a training camp or facility. My best guess.
