There is so many more collectors than 10 years ago,every artifacts from ww2 is going up in prices.

Nobody can say without provence weather this lid took part in overlord?what can be said is that it is an ETO front seamed fixed bale lid that was used on or after 6/6/44 for the liberation of europe,DS
