the pic's are a bit on the small side but i think ive seen this one discussed on another forum & everyone agreed it was another fake

I saw it on E-bay,I was thinking it was a fake but I wanted to make sure just in case I was wrong.I know only crap on E-bay.

This is from a totaly different helmet with D ring .Opinion well I think bad but I am no expert on this.

D rings are very rare usely use by the airborne troops it is the metal part that attach the helmet to the traps.

definitely fake the D loop is all wrong & theres no dimple in the rim.

you think paying a few hundred pounds for a standard WW2 fixed bail complete M-1 is a lot of money these days you should try to find an original M2 D loop helmet the last one i see sold on ebay went for over $14,000
