hi everyone heres the newest edition to my US M1 collection a front seamed fixed bail medics para helmet enjoy

That,s very nice, you lucky sod, looks in good nick to, most have the liner damaged or some other part missing. what the makers stamp in the liner?, I have a M1, had it since i was 18yrs old.
Bought in 1966, shows in old, It has a firestone liner. you,er
doing well with the helmets.

well i will try my best its WW2 BUT its a replica/real as the steel shell is original WW2 front seamed fixed bail converted to the very rare fixed D bail version & then very well aged if it was all original it would be worth a few grand purely coz of the D bails how did i do

i think the liner is a 1950's version so no makers mark & not original but i do have another M1 that has a FIRESTONE liner & i also have a complete WESTINGHOUSE liner sitting up stairs as well just need a lid to put it in

didnt understand a word, its out my collecting theme, but like the lids you show, m1 s are nice. might buy a relic

yeah yeah of course you were i believe you im not sure ive never seen a beach found relic m1 lid come up the only one ive got is the barn found one & i managed to get the for £20
