    Looks like the shell is a last type production run produced in the early 1970's with the split chinstrap that simply clips on,the liner is a p64 M1 liner type produced between 1964-1969,with regards to the net certainly isn't of US origin, the US never produced as far as i know postwar netting concentrating instead on Helmet covers such the USMC camo and Mitchell types...........
