I would say it is a cast toy, with whimsical thought as to what
a tank should look like. Cannot tell you when it was made,
or who made it, but it does appear to be old.

Hello-as stated the model isn't any specific tank -some aspects resemble the Renault FT 17, others the Vickers medium tank-I would guess it was made in the early/mid 1930s judging by the features used.
