My only day off this week was today - At least I got the scans done. Wifey-poo is at school this evening so it will be another week before I can get translations done.
So, perhaps Lars, you can get your wifey-poo to help out?

Thanks Richie,
Wifey have birthday today, and that means i am sort of drunk at the moment From looking at the article i might actually know the author of it
Will look at it tomorrow
Cheers and thanks mate
Author is my far away friend and long-time associate Valantin Voronov. You may have met him in person at one of the collectors meetings in Moscow - along with my cap star-cockarde associate Denis Rodichev and a few others, like my photo girl Natasha Filipova.
In any case, I extend warm birthday wishes to your wife.
Regards,
Richie

From the collection of my dear associate - to add to this discussion:
His words: "I think basic information that they came into existence during Yagoda's time and were phased out during Yezhov in 1938."
Non nobis, Domine, non nobis, sed nomini tuo da gloriam!
Thank you very much Richie. Very beautiful items in very very good condition. Thanks for helping out on these sleeve stars
Regards, Lars
Lars,
Will you (or your wife) assist in translation? Or should I request my wife to do so?
It would help educate others.
