Article about: I guys, I just picked this badge up together with a couple others . It seems ok but there is no mm ! Does anyone have an idea on a maker ?? Mfg Marc

    It looks like it could be an unmarked zinc (26) B.H.Mayer judging by the toolmark on the pin and the scalloped cast in hinge and catch. Obverse is also a good match.

    Ha! I wish! There's over 60 makers of wound badges, some producing only one type, others more than 15. I just got lucky after noticing the familiar tool mark, and that pointed me in the right direction. I generally feel more comfortable with Panzerkampfabzeichen's and other combat awards.
