Yeah, I saw this one. I'm curious of the answer myself. It's probably gone by now, but for future reference it would be good to know. Pouring through images of SWB's on this forum hasn't yet revealed one with that exact hinge configuration that I can tell.
Looks like it's an S&L badge in zinc, this is their design. It appears it may be marked on the pin, in which case it would most likely be 'L/16' or '4'. Sometimes they are double marked with both.
