As has been said above, the ribbon bar that started this thread is fake.
Still; just for additional illustration of Kenneth's post, allow me to add two examples of these WW1-era Wound Badge miniatures:
One in black on an EK2 ribbon and one in silver (combined with a swords device) on a WW1 vet's 6-place lapel bow:
So, does it means that it might be an original ribbon bar?

No; please re-read Kenneth's and my posts:
We both agreed that this specific ribbon bar is not original. Kenneth merely pointed out that the presence of a wound badge device alone does not automatically mean that a ribbon bar is fake and I added my images for additional illustration.
These devices were of an unoffical, non-regulation nature, but nonetheless commercially manufactured and sold during the period.
