Verwundetenabzeichen
Hello Gentlemen,
Could you please give me your opinion on these two verwundetenabzeichen? I'm not sure if they are originals. They were given to me by a friend who picked them up in Russia. I apologize that I couldn't post better pics (especially the blur on the first pic), but my camera is somewhat macro challenged. I understand if the pics aren't conclusive.
Thank you!
James

Re: Verwundetenabzeichen
I particularly like the second one with a fine appearance to it. A Very nice badge! The top one almost looks to be un-issued.

Re: Verwundetenabzeichen
Hello James
The fact that the 1939 black badge has no rear helmet rivet would concern me. These no rear rivet badges seem to be popping up quite a bit on various sites lately.
The angle of the rear skirt is more extreme compared to other 1939 verwundetenabzeichen.
Regards
Brett
