It has some wear but it's taken decades for me, with a limited budget, to find one at the right price ($30).
Although unmarked it has a distinctive catch that I hope will shed some light on it's maker.

Looking at the hardware, I'd say it's an unmarked solid zinc Deumer.

Deumer or Brehmer, but I tend to lean towards Deumer due to the placement of the hinge.
