    This is the only known early LDO tombak Juncker badge of this type that has ever come to light and is the very same one as used in the GCA database to illustrate the type. How did you end up with it Chris?

    Edit: Just found out it was sold in May by PdB to a new owner (which I guess is you?). It's been described as a multi coated neusilber piece and has been described by some of the top collectors in Wound badges as the 'Holy Grail' as far as these go. So hearty congratulations on picking up an uber rare and desirable piece!

    I would guess that it is the same with a few of the awards in my collection Ned, Phillipe decided to sell it on.
