I have some doubts with this wound badge by Hauptmunzampt Wein 30.
What causes you concern?

Hi Guys , Correct me if I'm wrong but on a 30 shouldn't there be a rivet at the back of the helmet? also the helmet skirt seems to be too angular & shallow? heres mine for comparison ,Regards Paul

Good points Paul.
As far as I am aware, there is no one making this badge with a wide pin and all of the correct hardware. Also, the circular tooling marks on the reverse.
This might require a little more digging.

I knew I'd seen this badge before. If you put in the search bar Verwundetenabzeichen 1939 gold mm30 you will find this same badge but in gold, Big Ned called it the "Bar pin" fake .Regards ,Paul

Here you go Paul:
Verwundetenabzeichen 1939 gold mm30
Not a good badge by any means.

What I immediately notice is the ribbon - totally different. But the thread linked by Brett explains it all in detail.
