I am totally lost this this one, is it real, is it a silver, is it a very worn gold, have you seen a badge with a gold pin like this before which is numbered 7. Totally unsure of this one.

It appears to be an original gold zinc badge that has absorbed almost all of it's finish. Are you sure that is stamped 7, not 4?

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
as Ralph said was a gold one.
I'm with Ralph, an original S&L zinc gold, pin stamped '4'.
