A recent addition to my wound badge collection.
This example is made from tombak, I believe. It still retains most of the silver finish with what I believe to be wear from being applied to a tunic and worn. The finish is worn off of the high points on the obverse, and the finish on the reverse still remains where it would have been protected by the pin.

That's a really nice wound badge Ralph and as ever your photography is excellent.

I will pull these pictures to keep on file if you don't mind as that flat wire catch on a tombak badge is unusual along with that centrally stamped makers mark.
