Hello hope you like it
Need to see the reverse for a solid opinion.
Not fond of the details.........
Regards,
Steve.
here is a better view, and reverse pics
I can see where Steve and Adrian are coming from on their comment/likes. But the reverse looks OK to me: I think it is down to the pics?
Cheers, Ade.

That is possible Ade, it may be good. However the clasp and the
pin attachment appear to be positioned too close together.
Perhaps this is an 'oversized' version ?

Taking a look at the box, the pin opening looks like it
has been slit open very roughly.........

Steve.
Ok, thanks for your comments, i am a little reassured now,
Actually, I never even looked at the box. ....

The box doesnt belong to a SWB.

Hello Gents
This is indeed an oversized Deschler/Weidmann style badge. These come with several different hardware configurations.
I bought a similar badge with the same hardware style from Lars/Datrus that was dug up in Russia. Imo there is nothing
wrong with this badge. The case I cannot comment on.

The new pictures shed a completely different light on the badge and while I personally wouldn't have been able to tell if it was good or bad or who the maker might be I'm glad the better pics have laid any concerns to rest.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....
